2. Penyelenggaraan pembentukan Lapangan kerja melalui perdagangan dagang keliling, kios, dan grosir.

3. Penyaluran tenaga kerja bagi Anggota kepada mitra kerja F-PAB maupun pembentukan lapangan Kerja oleh F-PAB.
